Vermont Energy gave me a very reasonable quote for a ductless heat pump system for my home that ended up meeting the needs, and continues to be functional to this day. That alone is worth five stars. Over the last few years, I've had incidents wherein the folks at Vermont Energy really stepped up and went above and beyond. My unit ended up getting damaged during home construction, resulting in a situation where the unit wasn't functional, and was making disconcerting noises. They immediately dispatched someone to take a look. Two years after construction, I had solar panels put in. During installation, they damaged a coolant line during the hottest day of the summer. They escalated the issue, and dispatched someone to do the repairs and recharge the line, during their second busiest season. Vermont Energy is thorough and transparent, which on its own is fantastic, but even more impressive is how attentive they are, even after the sales have been made, and installation is complete.
