Eric came out and was wonderfully friendly and also very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me lots of information as he was performing the repairs. He quickly found our septic covers despite a poor drawing from the town and the yard covered in snow.I had a blockage in one of my sewar pipes which he was able to find and clear, I also had him look at a slow toilet that we have had issues with for years which he immediately was able to fix the problem. We had the Septic pumped out at the same time since the tank cover was already dug out and open and was due soon anyway, and they did it in a very expeditious manner.
