Once we had decided on the necessary equipment needed, they provided estimates in good order, and kept us involved in the process. When the equipment came in, Leigh and Chase proved to be extremely well versed in the installation of our generator, and went over and above when working with the issues involved with working with an older home. The installation was very well done, and is very neat and tidy, and the work area was left in good condition. Overall, I would very well recommend Valley Electric for any of your electrical needs, and I will very well look to them for any additional work we may need. - 5/5 — Anonymous My husband and I are so happy we found Valley Electric Inc. ! We had a problem with our generator, and the person who installed it was suddenly too busy to come. His suggestion was for my husband to get inventive and solve the problem. Finally we found Electric Valley, and they were so so nice and professional from the very start. They came and inspect the job, and they scheduled the repairs needed. Shortly after, they came over and fixed everything. The Office kept us informed on every step, from the scheduling to when they were coming. Everyone was extremely professional, efficient and super nice. I wasn't ready for them when they arrived - working on a small construction project. Rather than having to come back, they jumped in and worked the construction with me up to where they could access the boxes they were originally called to work on. Leigh and Bridger were Incredibly helpful and professional, I can't say enough good about them.
