He came at the pre-appointed time promptly and I appreciated that. He couldn’t have been nicer. He respected my home and explained everything he was about to do, before doing it. He’s a good employee and you should give him a raise, so that you don’t loose him. He is an asset to your company, giving it great PR value, which you may not even be aware of. Karl , Radamus and Andrew were very professional and neat and explained in detail what they would be doing. They were very cautious with our 2 curious cats and even wore booties in our home. Just a side note: The individual that schedules the appointment should inform homeowners what will be done during the visit so that homeowners can move stuff around so your staff have room to do their job.
