Installation for our home was more complicated because of the location of the main water shut off valve. Due to several concerns, we contacted Unlimited for a 2nd consult with Tyler. Tyler was a wealth of information and more knowledgeable than all of the other reps we consulted combined! I cannot say enough about the workmanship, professionalism, and integrity that Tyler and Christian displayed, despite working long and arduous days. High quality and dependable employees! No other plumber could fit us into the schedule quickly, leaving us without water for several days. I called Unlimited Plumbing and even though they too were fully booked, they understood the gravity of our situation and worked with us to get us help much sooner than others. They booked separate appointments in the small service windows they had available to get our water main fixed, getting water back to our house quickly. The quality of communication we received was unheard of from a contractor: they consistently called us to let us know what was going on, the feasibility and timeline of sending folks out to the house, and what we could expect. I never once had to wonder. Unlimited Plumbing came highly recommend from a coworker and we couldn’t have been more satisfied when the job was completed. After calling for an appointment, Tyler came to our house promptly, was courteous & professional. He answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. Their estimate was much more reasonable than others we received. Tyler and his coworker did a great job with the pipe replacement and got everything put back together nicely.
