Very large showroom and the prices were unbeatable. Service was excellent by Yan, she is the sales manager and I think she is the owner cuz everyone does what she says. I really appreciate that Yan took care of us and had great communication when I was stressed from the construction. It was not a large order but Yan treated us like gold. Their workmanship was very good, but their prices kept creeping up and I don't just mean from inflation. They had a 4 week turnaround trim from templating to installation and they were doing kitchen installations for us that needed a much shorter timeline. They were charging $1,900 to have the project turned around in 1-2 weeks. Seriously? $2,000 to be blessed with a 2 week turnaround? No thanks. The spacing between the cabinet doors are off, the drawers don’t sit completely centered, and the hinges are attached so that they can’t be easily adjusted. My contractor is having to reattach the hinges. Some hinges are screwed in so tightly that they’ve split the wood.
