They were also on time and arrived ready to work. At the conclusion they returned items back to their place and cleaned up the area. Again kudos to these men...thank you guys! 👏 The doghouse they added on the back of the unit to seal it in to keep pests out was crafted to fit the unit onsite. Well done Bob! Overall the install crew were timely, very courteous, friendly, hard working, and the quality of their work met my expectations. I must also point out that Adam Underwood was extremely helpful in guiding my decision making and never once did I feel pressured. He was extraordinary helpful and prompt in respond to emailed questions. He provided clear, detailed responses to my many questions; unlike a prior contractor. Overall I am satisfied with their customer service (and I am a new customer). It would also only to be fair to mention the ladies in the office answer the phone and promptly directed to the appropriate personal. Joan, from billing, was also fantastic to deal with. I’m pretty well versed in A/Cs, had to be being the lucky owner (insert sarcasm) of the builder grade 2016 vintage series that came when we built the house :) I knew what I wanted, had been getting estimates for the last month from various companies was about to sign with another company but just didn’t feel 100% comfortable - someone recommended Underwood and signed with them within 24 hours after speaking with Mark, getting quote and them coming to the house to verify everything before finalizing the quote. Chris, Larney and Mark did a masterful job on the installation - they literally had to disassemble the entire air handler so the could fold the cabinet up to get it through the attic opening, and reassemble in the attic.
