Paul was extremely detailed and explaining everything to us as far as what systems they offer, price ranges, and answered any questions that we had. He did a very thorough evaluation of our home and our systems to make sure that we got the exact size equipment. Josh and his installation team were extremely quick and efficient as well as respectful of my home. He walked me through the systems and how to change settings and operate each individual system. Booking was easy and they were able to come out same day. Phillip was nice, knowledgeable, and entertained several questions I had. He was also able to perform the necessary fixes same day despite it being rather late in the day (water heater shut off valve and expansion tank replacement). Unfortunately, Phillip was nearly 30 mins past the appointment window, even after calling and estimating an earlier arrival.
