He said he finished his other job early and if I wanted he could swing by, I confirmed. When he arrived we discussed the job the price with options of what I wanted to accomplish. Casey completed the work in a timely manner. Casey was very professional and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Two Guys Solution - 5/5 — Anonymous Great Company to do business with! Austin is professional and friendly! He called me back within seconds after getting an email from me for HVAC services, texted when he was on his way. He took care of our immediate needs in such a timely manner and went above and beyond to help get our new dryer exhaust hose hooked to the wall after cleaning air vent! Instead they answered that late, and were able to get me in the next day. Super professional, price quote was high due to my lack of knowledge, but they adjusted the final price down for the work actually done instead of taking advantage of my ignorance. He was efficient, affordable, punctual and completed everything he said he would and more! Educated us on our ducts and even offered to complete a couple extra tasks while he was there. Excellent experience and would recommend this homegrown business to anyone needing their ductwork cleaned! Some before and after photos to show the great quality and care he took with our home. - 3/5 — Anonymous We received HVAC cleaning services from this company and the two gentleman that came and did the initial cleaning were very nice and did a good job. One vent that got cleaned ended up still having some debris in it and so the owner Austin kindly offered to come back and vacuum it out. He came out and in addition my husband asked him to check the insulation under the house that they had mentioned was hanging down on the first visit. My husband specifically asked him to check it out and let him know what it would cost to re-hang it. All of the communication was between Austin and my husband. Austin came to our house and I showed him the vent and the entrance to the crawl space. He did not put any shoe covers on while in our house and we have a toddler so that was frustrating. After he came up from the crawlspace ten to fifteen minutes later, he told me that he’d gone ahead and fixed the insulation to save a trip coming back out. I was surprised as I had no idea that he was there to fix anything, but I asked him what we owed him because I didn’t expect it for free. He then told me it was going to be $150. I did go ahead and pay it, not realizing that my husband had again specifically said not to fix anything and to call him first to discuss. I called my husband after and told him I had to pay $150 for ten to fifteen minutes of work in the crawl space. My husband messaged Austin and asked why he did that when he was supposed to call first, and Austin said twice that he told me he was not going to charge me and I still offered to pay. This is absolutely untrue. I was never told it was free of charge and now I feel very taken advantage of. For a service that fast, that easy and simple, I would’ve still paid him as I did not expect it for free, but $150 was astronomical for that amount of work. They did a great job cleaning our HVAC, and I appreciate that. But this is not the way to do business. I have run three businesses and never have I actually offered to do something for free and then charged an overpriced amount. But claiming to have offered it for free?
