They came out quick and fixed what needed to. He made sure that I knew the importance of maintenance on a furnace, lesson learned on my part. There pricing was reasonable. - 5/5 — Anonymous I have been very satisfied with Twin Mechanical. Recently my upstairs central air conditioning broke down. I received a couple of estimates that were entirely unreasonable, as I learned comparing estimates for installation versus buying the exact same unit at a local box store. Basically they were asking me to pay $20k just for installation when I already had electric, ductwork, and vents installed. I call Twin Mechanical. Andre arrived a day or two after my call. Andre told me he could do the job, but not until fall due to the temperature in my attic where the air handler and ductwork run through. I respected his decision for the safety of the workers. He recommended a split system heat pump for my master bedroom that covers 750 square feet. Again I checked the brand and model number against locally available identical units and thought his estimate was more than reasonable. Bottom line, I quickly had perhaps the top ranked split system heat pump installed in very short time and just before a major heat wave hit Connecticut. The price was very reasonable and my bedroom is perfectly comfortable despite 90+ degree temperatures. Thank you Andre, Luis and Mike and all of Twin Mechanical. I would highly recommend your company to anyone looming for HVAC needs.
