Jon arrived quickly. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what needed to be done. Due to old pipes he had to make some additional changes. His work was meticulous and timely and he made sure everything was clean and completed before leaving. I would recommend Jon Turner Plumbing. - 5/5 — Anonymous We were looking into getting our pipes redone (house built in 1980) but didn’t know who to trust or call. Then a week before Christmas a leaking pipe was discovered under my son’s room, which Turner came out and fixed right away. They did an excellent job there so I knew I had the right people for the repipe. First off, they outbid competitors by a long shot and had better accommodations. Kaleb and David did the majority of the job. They said a week, and it took just that. My house, not surprisingly, put up a bit of a fight and there were unknown complications that had to be addressed but not a single issue since! Our expectations going into this were: water pressure will drop and it might take a while to get hot water to the back of the house. NOPE!! Our water pressure is better than ever, hot is HOT and fast (no water heater adjustments made) and for the first time in this house COLD COLD water from the tap! We are still in awe and forever grateful for Turner. And we are more appreciative of Kaleb and David than we could ever say. The customer service, kind nature, and easy going and comfortable feel of these guys was unreal. The pricing and speed at which they came out was all very reasonable. We shared with them that our house is on the market and extensive repairs would make showings difficult. Within an hour, they had fixed the problem with no damage to the walls, cleaned up, and given us a very reasonable bill, all with a friendly attitude and presence.
