Did not seem to be familiar with working with city of Mesa or SRP for a panel replacement. What they told could be done in a week took 2 months. Wiring in panel was sloppy and they left a big hole in my exterior wall rather than removing a little stucco and properly locating the new panel. They mislabeled several breakers in the panel.
