I'm stuck on the other side of the planet and these people charged me 400 to change a 20 dollar capacitor. Which didnt fix the issue, when i got time to look into it myself it was actually a bad contactor. Which i was able to explain to my wife how to install for 12 bucks. Multiple times now Aaron has helped us with heating and air emergencies and he’s there in less than a day and already knows what needs to be done. Instead of just fixing the issue; today was our AC unit, he went through everything and made sure our AC unit was clean, filters were replaced and we were aware of what service/maintenance we need to make sure happens to extend the life of our system. I contacted TSS home Comfort and Robin arrived to provide us with an estimate. He measured our house and all of the windows an gave us a written estimate. He took the time to explain the ratings for the AC and the gas furnace. Robins estimate was VERY competitive with two other estimates that I received. I had a few questions the next day and contacted TSS and Robin returned my call within an hour. We decided to have TSS replace our system and called and talked to Carolyn and she scheduled us within two days! Aaron, Zack, and Philip arrived on time (they called letting us know that they were on their way) with everything that they needed to complete the installation and went right to work. During the installation I had a few questions and all three of them happily took the time to answer them. All three of them were very professional but also very friendly. I commented that they were having too good of a time working. Upon completion Aaron spent time with us describing operation of the system and said if we had ANY questions to please give them a call. We were so impressed with their installation we signed up for their yearly maintenance program. I know this is a long review but to give a short review without details wouldn't be fair to TSS or their employees. - 5/5 — Anonymous Aaron installed an Air Ranger home purification system. He was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. He modeled how to change the filter and was patient while I followed his instructions. Very impressed with TSS Home Comfort! Greg did a great job with the AC maintenance as well.
