Devin handled everything extremely professionally, with a lot of patience, and troubleshot several issues that were either not working or complicating the situation. He completed the entire project the same day, even providing some needed equipment from his van, and left our home just as clean as when he arrived. Overall we LOVE the service and people. Even after the initial work was completed, he stopped by multiple times to ensure everything was progressing properly. Several individuals came out saying they would take care of the issue, but they were unable to figure it out. He coordinated directly with Ferguson, addressed our concerns regarding the under-cabinet hood installation, and ensured proper follow-up. His persistence, accountability, and hands-on approach truly made the difference.
