We discovered that our clay sewer pipe was sinking and needed to be replaced. The first contractor who evaluated the situation wanted to tear up nearly half the landscaped front yard to solve the problem. I saw a fleet of TrenchFree trucks on the freeway and called. I am so glad I did! The evaluation with cameras down the line was easy, Antonio was super knowledgeable and provided a truly reasonable option of replacing the line with flexible pipe. It required minimal digging. The crew that did the work was professional, communicative and left the yard looking like nothing had ever happened! Super impressed. Highly recommend TrenchFree.

I had just planted a new lawn when I needed to get an electrical line from one side of the yard to a pump on the other. TrenchFree showed up at 8am and was out by lunchtime. TrenchFree’s three-man team made a small hole at either end and one for a 90 degree turn. When they finished, they filled the holes, replaced the paving stones exactly as they were, swept up, and fed a tape through the pipe so the electrician could pull wires easily. The speed and professionalism blew my mind, and I am enjoying the new water feature in my yard.

We have an old home (by local standards), and our main waste line was buried under our slab foundation. The line was cracked, with dips and accumulated rust and gunk to the point of failure. Digging it up was unthinkable. TrenchFree came highly recommended, with a solution for our situation. They provide a cure-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining that essentially builds a new pipe inside the old janky one.

Working with them was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor/service provider. They came out to inspect, and showed us the issues with the line in real time with their inspection camera. This was not inexpensive work, so we got a few additional opinions. Comparing the bid experience, the referrals we got, and the confidence we felt in the proposal, we accepted the bid.

The crew that came out to do the work were professional, neat, quiet, respectful, and skilled. They put in a full two days to complete the project, and kept us updated as they worked. When they were done, they buttoned up and left our home as clean as they found it.

First, the CIPP solution was sort of magical. Amazing how it works, and absolutely perfect for our situation (hopefully it lasts!) Second, and equally importantly, I really could not have asked for anything more from the company. They are a quality team who care about customer satisfaction. It's a no-brainer to give them a full 5 stars.

Installed a 2-way sewer cleanout. These guys are great:
- They tell you what work you do *not* need. Always a plus.
- They do a complete guided tour while they are doing the work, and explain everything step-by step. It's quite interesting.
- They are really fast. They did the cleanout install in under 3 hours.
- They have good schedule availability; They came out within 2 working days.
- They use an SMS-based scheduler that streamlines the booking and scheduling process. Very convenient. They are tech-savy.
- They have top-of-the-line professional equipment. Always a plus.

We had a fantastic experience with Trench Free. The owner personally came out to assess a complex sewer situation and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was thorough in evaluating the issue, offered unbiased advice, and helped us understand our options clearly--with no pressure and complete transparency.

Not only were their rates low and competitive, but the customer service was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was prompt, polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The owner's depth of knowledge and professionalism gave us real peace of mind during a stressful situation.

Highly recommend Trench Free for anyone needing honest guidance, expert insight, and reliable service!

**Q: What is CIPP pipe lining and how does TrenchFree use it for sewer repair in San Jose?**
A: Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining is a trenchless rehabilitation method that inserts a resin-saturated liner into damaged sewer pipes, which is then cured to form a seamless, jointless new pipe inside the existing one. TrenchFree specializes in CIPP for sewer repair and renovation in San Jose, eliminating the need for excavation and restoring structural integrity without landscape disruption. This technique is ideal for addressing cracks, corrosion, and leaks in underground sewer lines.

**Q: How does TrenchFree perform trenchless water main repair and replacement in Santa Clara?**
A: TrenchFree uses advanced trenchless methods like directional drilling and pipe bursting for water main repair and replacement, ensuring minimal excavation and quick restoration of water flow. In Santa Clara, their process begins with utility marking and camera inspection to assess the damage, followed by precise installation or replacement to avoid property disruption. Homeowners appreciate the reasonable pricing and rapid service, often completing jobs within hours as noted in client testimonials.

**Q: What signs indicate I need sewer line repair from TrenchFree in Mountain View?**
A: Common signs of needing sewer repair include backups, slow drains, sewage odors, or gurgling sounds, often due to blocked lines or deteriorated underground pipes. Their trenchless solutions, such as pipe bursting or CIPP lining, provide effective renovation without destructive trenching.

**Q: What is the process for trenchless sewer line replacement with TrenchFree in Palo Alto?**
A: TrenchFree's trenchless sewer line replacement process involves an initial camera inspection to evaluate the existing line, followed by methods like pipe bursting to fragment the old pipe while simultaneously pulling in a new HDPE or PVC pipe. This no-dig approach is particularly suited for Palo Alto's residential areas, minimizing landscape damage and completing work efficiently. Clients report a seamless experience from estimate to completion with responsive service.

**Q: How does TrenchFree handle underslab pipe repair for homes in Cupertino?**
A: For underslab pipe repair in Cupertino, TrenchFree employs trenchless techniques such as sectional point repair or thermoform PVC-A lining to target leaks or breaks under concrete slabs without full excavation. This preserves your home's structure while rehabilitating cast iron or other piping materials. Their experts ensure minimal disruption, often resolving issues quickly after utility locates.

**Q: Why choose TrenchFree for pipe bursting sewer renovation in San Mateo County?**
A: Pipe bursting is a proven trenchless method TrenchFree uses to renovate old sewer lines by breaking the existing pipe and installing a new one in its place, ideal for San Mateo County neighborhoods with aging infrastructure. This approach avoids open trenching, reduces health risks from sewage backups, and restores functionality with durable materials. Homeowners and businesses praise TrenchFree's responsiveness and reasonable costs for such renovations.
