I had them come out to inspect my plenum that they installed and had started to come apart. They quoted me 323 dollars which I thought was a bit high, but then they wanted to add a 99 dollar service fee when I was not told about that. I don't have a problem paying when I'm told ahead of time but not when you are trying to charge me 323 with an additional 99 dollars. So 422+ dollars! Would not call them again!
