There was a large team of qualified techs led by Billy. All extremely courteous and patient answering any questions I had. Any inquiries to the back office were immediately responded to by the GM, Pete Costello. We had 2 Furnaces replaced and we are comfortably enjoying a cozy house once again. Thank You Top Notch team! - 5/5 — Anonymous Aiden showed up on time, was pleasant and got right to work doing preventive maintenance. When finished, he asked me if I had any questions. I asked a couple and he answered thoroughly. The one suggestion I have is, before asking if the customer had questions, perhaps just summarize (particularly when doing preventive maintenance) how the system looked, what was done, etc. customers don’t always know what questions to ask. Can not recommend Top Notch enough! - 1/5 — Anonymous Had an appointment for oil furnace annual maintenance in December of 2023, person showed up at 2:30 and within 20 minutes told my the furnace was cracked, got his things packed up and headed out - seemingly without doing the maintenance since that should take more than 20 minutes, however I was told he did the maintenance and was billed for that. When I then had another company come to take a look they informed me that there was *no* crack, and furthermore that it was clear the top notch HVAC person had explicitly NOT done the maintenance. Despite this and attempting to convey these issues at the time, they continued to try and bill me for services NOT rendered. Apparently I was supposed to pay them for incorrectly saying my heat exchange was cracked when it wasn’t. - 1/5 — Anonymous Very disappointed with the workmanship provided by Top Notch. After multiple service visits, the original issue remained unresolved, and we ultimately had to hire another company to identify the fault that Top Notch overlooked.
