While they could not send someone out until Monday, he (Tony?) quickly identified that I was looking at an old drum trap that needed to be removed, and he advised exactly what to do to convert the drain for a new shower pan. They come out and do the job fast and well. I've had them fix leaky showers and they're in and out like nothing. The one catch is that when you call the office to schedule a visit then they just show up later. They don't make appointments, they just put you into a queue and they get to you when they get to you. When our water heater stopped working, Tony sent a tech over to start work (drain and remove old water heater) immediately. Then, Tony showed up a short time later with a new water heater and it was installed. I thought we'd negotiate a price after they arrived, but there was no need to. Tony's company did the work at a lower price than expected, with a better water heater than expected. It's good to find someone that sticks to their original phone estimate. From first call to job completion was amazingly fast. So, we will use Tony again when any plumbing needs arise. We had to shut off the water to our kitchen due to a leak with our existing faucet, and the company that was scheduled to come out this afternoon had to cancel last-minute due to an emergency. Being a Friday afternoon, my expectations were low that I’d find a plumber to come out on such short notice; a few other companies I called were booked out until next later week. I called Tony Perks Plumbing and the woman I spoke with said “I’m not sure if we can get someone out today, but let me call our technician and see.” I appreciated that she took that extra step when it would’ve been easier to just schedule me for next week. Brian was at my house within 45 minutes of my call and the new faucet installed an hour later. I am so thankful they added me onto their busy Friday afternoon schedule on such short notice. The cost of the work was much less than I was expecting, too.
