At that time, we had a company clean, inspect, and thoroughly go through our tanks. Our pump went out and called Tom's Septic. Boy, what an experience having Jason and Chris out here fixing our issues. I learned all about my septic system from them. I found out the first company 5 years ago did not put the first filter in and did not clean the second filter around the pump or pump out the second tank area. Leaving sludge inside, which ultimately plugged up my pump. Tom's septic was efficient and very knowledgeable and informative. I am not going to name the first company as finding out I paid a lot for what they did and they definitely cut corners. I just didn't know enough about the system. They answered the phone right away and the customer service agent was very friendly. She set up a call back with the scheduling department who ended up calling us back within 15 minites of our first call!
