I have been in construction for over 50 years and I know quality. Our project was done on time and on budget, no surprises. Austin and his crew were great to work with. The floor was originally built uneven and I couldn’t work from there as that affected my balance. They came in and completing removed the entire floor down to the concrete. They rebuilt it ensuring this time is was level. It was a lot of work to demo and rebuild that space. I’m very satisfied with their work and attention to detail. A special mention to Ralph, Robert, Mike, Isedor, Art, Scott, Beto, and Christian. They all brought their own expertise to this project- well done. - 1/5 — Anonymous They repaired our cracked stucco in 2021. It was obviously cracked by 2024 but it was out of warranty. They refused to stand by their work. Now we get to pay someone else to repair their expensive and shoddy work. The white stucco repair is what my husband did from home depot last year when this company essentially shrugged. Use someone else. Anyone else. In response to Todd Whittaker's reply: In 2023, your response to our issue was identical to today, so you are consistent. My question still stands. Why does this extensive and expensive stucco repair need to be repeated 3-4 years later? There are 20-year-old houses with no stucco cracks. I still have no satisfactory explanation and we gave you every opportunity to correct this issue. You only stand by your work for 24 months. So now we get to pay someone else to do the same job again 4 years later and it certainly isn't going to be you guys. My review stands, I cannot recommend this company. - 5/5 — Anonymous We had 3 large missing areas of drywall in our home & garage after restoration work due to a leaking AC unit. This was our first time using TWD & we picked them because of the rave reviews here. From the estimation process through the actual work, they were by far one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with. Beto & Miguel did an amazing job! The texture matches perfectly & they were super friendly & courteous when it same to house prep & clean up, leaving no trace behind! All too often contractor miss the courteous & cleanup part, so this was a breath of fresh air. And often times contractors will slack in areas less traveled (like our garage, which TWD did not disappoint). Their cost was also reasonable (not the cheapest but not the most expensive) & they accept credit cards with no additional fees through an accredited construction platform. 5 stars here from homeowners & landlords of 8 other properties. I have worked with lots of other drywall contractors, & this was by far our best experience! - 5/5 — Anonymous We recently used TWD to install a new media wall in our living room and we could not be happier about the results! Emily in the design center was very patient with us as we asked for several design renderings and options at the beginning of our project, until we settled on the final version of what it would be. The Project Manager, Robert, was great at communicating each step in the process and was present from start to finish. Each tradesperson who came into our house to work on his portion of the job was friendly, knowledgeable and always courteous. A drywall project comes with some mess as it is, but everyone who worked in the house did their best to clean up around their work area at the end of every day.
