  The technician, James Ross, was outstanding. He was reliable, knowledgeable and honest. I had been unable to regulate the temperature in my home since the HVAC system had been installed by another company. He listened to my concerns, found the problem and repaired it. I am so happy with TNT’s technician and service. You have grateful customer.

  James Ross was outstanding. Very courteous, he not only serviced the equipment but installed a new thermostat for us when our old model crashed. he was very helpful, providing us with tips on how to help prevent mold accumulation. James is a good asset for a good company. I will request him for our next service.

  I cannot say enough good things about this company! Very impressive from my first meeting with Jeremy to my installation with Curtis, Kevin and Evy and follow ups by the front office.
These guys are so smart and great problem solvers. Communication from start to finish was excellent. They explained what they needed to do and explained how they were going to fix the problems that I had which I did not think could be fixed. They exceeded my. expectations in every way. Thank you so much. And I hope I have many opportunities to recommend you soon!
