Today’s problem was a new shut off valve was needed behind my refrigerator. I had no problem getting them out in a timely manner, and they showed up on time. A nice young man who identified there was a shut off under my sink. So I didn’t need one behind my refrigerator. Now he could’ve put one in and charge me for it. Very honest and educated me on the location of shut off within my house.
