Fabian was extremely responsive and available in a timely manner, which made the entire process much less stressful. I collected a few quotes, and Tight Grip Plumbing clearly stood out as the strongest option. His quote was the most straightforward, and he never tried to talk me into things we didn’t want or out of things we did want (e.g., the permit!). With major and expensive plumbing work, trust is incredibly important, and working with Fabian felt transparent and professional from the start. We were especially concerned about making sure the new water heater and expansion tank would pass the permit and inspection process, and Fabian handled everything seamlessly. His communication was clear and consistent, and it was obvious that he is motivated by customer service and high-quality work. We absolutely recommend Tight Grip Plumbing. - 5/5 — Anonymous I called Fabian on a Monday and explained to him about a leak I had in my water meter in the front yard. He said he would see me the very next day, Tuesday. He was right on time, in fact a few minutes early and came with a co-worker, Jordi. They both assessed the situation, and Fabian showed me where the leak was and told me exactly what he had to do to repair it. He gave me a price, which was a little much, but I had to have it repaired and so they started immediately. After he was done, he told me that he would be back in 3 hours in order for the epoxy to dry and test the water. Unfortunately, there was another leak. Again, he told me that he would fix it even though it was late in the day, but said he didn’t want me going without water use in my house for another day. He and Jordi got to work and even stayed until the epoxy dried. They showed me what they had done, cleaned up everything. He did not charge me extra for the other leak and the price he told me earlier was the price I paid. Fabian even texted me the next day to see if I had noticed any water around the water meter and I told him it was dry. Fabian was very dependable, reliable and very nice and friendly. He showed me the problem, told me what he was going to do and got the job done. I would definitely recommend Fabian and his company Tight Grip Plumbing and use him again in the future for any plumbing issues that may arise. He's done a great job with each, he has become our go to plumber because of the quality of service he provides including checking in after the job is done. He's easily reachable and answers any questions one may have about a job. He makes sure to explain exactly what he has done and why. I had a long, full day and it was a late Sunday night, and it was the last thing I wanted to deal with. I had called a few places and it was Tight Grip Plumbing that was the first to be available to come out. Within an hour or so Fabian showed up, diagnosed the problem, and set up a follow-up day to fix it. He did a minor repair to keep it from leaking, but it was a bigger project that needed to be addressed. Fabian (along side another plumber) arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule, and was updating us on the process throughout the repair.
