Called Thermal Services at 9 this morning because my hot water heater quit working yesterday. William (Bill) came in a few hours. No pressure sales, very knowledgeable, excellent service! A few hours later I had a new heater. Would definitely recommend this company and especially William Wendt. 😀 Also had William back to install a dog wash station that I bought. However, there has bern a problem on each visit. The first was when I needed to have my condenser motor replaced this summer. He forgot to install the mounting bolts and the motor fell into the unit a day or two later. Fortunately, it fell straight down, and the blades didn’t damage any of the fins or tubes. I asked the office not to assign him to my system again. When he showed up for my fall routine service, I didn’t say anything but this time he didn’t replace the cover on the humidifier unit. While this in and of itself is not a big deal, the two experiences make me question his attention to detail. The technician did an excellent job with both the service and in explaining everything to me that he had checked. It was reassuring to know my furnace is in good working condition.
