We had a very complicated job with multiple contractors that had to be coordinated around each other (new gas line installation, roof ventilation, electrical, etc.). We now have an amazing gas range, endless gas hot water heater, and gas logs). Michael, our technician was a total gem - professional, patient, kind. We had faucet fixtures in two bathtubs replaced. In one of them, he left the faucet handles unattached, meaning when we attempted to turn them on and off, they went back into the wall. Looking in the room on the opposite side, I observed no caulk had been used to stabilize them to the tub wall or the pipes behind them! In the second bath, Michael told me he was going to put caulk in the holes on the back area of the faucet handles. Otherwise, water would go through the holes into the wall and flooring behind them Through an access area, I got to the wall behind the handles and saw that no caulk had been applied.
