Punctual and fully prepared to do what was needed to be done, Christian thoroughly inspected the system and adjusted every aspect of it that required correction. Throughout the process, he was always professional, patient, and accessible to my questions and concerns. These he answered with exemplary courtesy and trustworthy knowledge.
