Jeremy and Isaiah arrived right at the start of my appointment window. After listening to me describe the problem, they set to work diagnosing my system. Withing 15 minutes they determined the issue was with my old control box, which was over 15 years old. They installed and tested the new control panel (see attached photos) and all is working perfectly again. These 2 were efficient and knowledgeable about how my system operated and resolved the problem within an hour. A “small leak” turned into a replacement of the 20 year old heater. Bad news made ok by a technician who explained everything and showed me a leak in the bottom of the heater that would not be my future problem. If you want an excellent technician, ask for Joshua.
