Thank you so much for quickly responding to theLeak issue. We appreciate your help. TDS WEST electric installed an electrical panel in our home , a year ago. Pipe from the panel goes thro the roof. Today ( Nov 13, 2025) due to heavy rains, water from the roof started to leak thro the pipe from the roof and drops of water settled down on the panel inside of our kitchen. We were able to detect the leak because we had open access to our kitchen due to kitchen remodel. Thanks to the rain and open access. We called TDS WEST ELECTRIC, they responded to our issue very quickly and fixed the leak. We did not have to pay anything to them . We are very happy and relieved the leak is fixed.
