  If you are reading my review, you are most likely where I was two months ago: Searching for "reputable and quality contractor" to remove trees and brush, maybe put in a driveway or grading. I was anxious just like you.

Your search stops here! Go with TBX Landworks (Ask for Ty or Cat), it will be an excellent choice.

I purchase a lot... it needed a driveway, turnaround spot, and removal of trees and brush. Go figure... I had issues closing with the buyer on my property - Ty and Cat were patient with the closing, knowledgeable, secured all necessary permits, and did an outstanding job! Five Stars!

  Needed forestry mulching done on my property for future home build. Ty did a fantastic job of clearing underbrush so I could see where I wanted to build the house. He was careful about maintaining all of my trees. I actually had neighbors go out of their way to text me to let me know how great the property looked after the job was done. Saying it was the best work they had seen on any of the properties in the area. Ty was prompt, professional, and reasonable with his pricing. I will be keeping his company on retainer for the up-keep of my property. Shown are a before and after photo.

  Ty did a great job. Just what I wanted. Not only mulching, but also did some dirt work while in site.  I would highly recommend Ty and his services.

  Ty is an excellent track-hoe a.k.a. excavator operator. I'm 100% satisfied with the aerial mulching & ditching he did with his excavator. He also used a Harley rake to renovate my rutted, eroded driveway for a small fraction of what re-graveling would cost. It's now re-graded and "re-graveled" without buying gravel! (the rake sorts buried gravel back up onto the surface and re-grades in one operation). Before working with Ty I had never heard of this equipment, and he's great at using it.

I am less satisfied with the 300 ft of new driveway he constructed. Ty is out of his depth doing such work. He doesn't own the full complement of machines it takes so he made do with his excavator and skid-steer and less-than-ideal rentals, but that made it take longer whereupon time got away and he became impatient and sloppy. Both the results and his demeanor became less than professional. In short, he's still "green" at road construction. Just because he's used machines to do lots of... other stuff... for years doesn't automatically qualify him to build new driveways.

  I had Ty come out to clear some underbrush and cut a four wheeler trail to the back of my property. Very thorough job. Communicated throughout the process and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. He did an amazing job! Highly recommended!
