They did a great job! - 1/5 — Anonymous We discussed our gate repair with them on the phone beforehand, but they failed to mention that they don’t even service gates from our gate manufacturer. They then proceeded to charge an outrageous service call fee of $250. They should have been upfront about their inability to fix my gate before I paid them to come out. A responsible company would ask the customer for relevant details—especially something as critical as, “We don’t service those gates”—before charging a service fee. So, $250 to tell me my gate sensor was broken after I already told them my gate sensor was broken. Had I written a review based on the first experience, I would have given a 5 star review. Based on the 2nd experience, I am going to suggest everyone do the following 1) Avoid Taylor Fence 2) get an itemized bid for everything. The basis of this review is that Taylor Fence reused a 30 foot swing gate from the 1st installation, and removed a 20’ slide gate from the second installation. At the end - they stated it was a wash on the invoice. I attempted to get an explanation on this and 8 weeks later, all I have received was zero credit and a threaten of a lien on the property. Again, either avoid or get an itemized bid on the install. - 5/5 — Anonymous I was a little concerned about using a fence company for my Security needs, but I figured I would give it a shot. I met with the new Security System Specialist, Judy Davidson, to review our current security access control and camera systems. I requested a consultation and recommendations on how our system can be improved to secure the perimeter of the property better. Judy reached out to me to schedule an onsite visit right away and she was here within a few days to complete the site walk. Judy was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with her recommendations. Although we have decided it is not in our budget to upgrade at this time, I really appreciate the quick and professional response. I will be working with Judy when we are ready to upgrade.
