A year later after having a relator friend give us an idea what the home was worth she mentioned that our electrical box would need to be replaced among a few other updates before sale. We then contacted TME and they came and gave us a quote. We had two other quotes as well. TME was two hundred dollars higher that our lowest bid. However the other bidders both said that it would take two days to get the project done, whereas TME would be able to complete it in one day.
