Their inspection and estimate indicated some issues from previous roof replacement from hail damage. I feel the evaluation and estimate was very thorough. I was warned several days before that the workers would arrive early (7:30) Monday. I had set my alarm so I could greet them. My house alert woke me saying there is someone lingering!! I met the Forman who spoke very good English. My wife and I had never been at home during a roof replacement. We were all surprised by the noise level, especially the dog! It was the only problem we had. Each day of 3 they did a thorough job of cleaning up. Even my neighbors commented on how nice they left the yard at the end of day. Although the workers didn’t say much, they were polite and friendly. Even our dog enjoyed their friendly manner. In the end, the roof looked great, the yard looked very clean and the young man with the magnet roller did an excellent job of getting the nails up. I have helped do a roof replacement for my dad, so I know a little bit about roofing. From what l saw they were spot on. I pray we won’t need roofing any time soon but if we do, we won’t hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend them for your house. We have a lot of windows to replace in house (19 total) that were builder grade, original to the house (2004), and struggled in the winter. We had 3-4 estimates and they presented the best value. Tim was great and was very responsive through the whole process as was Candice in the office. We ordered energy star windows in late-January, and they were being installed by mid-April. Chad (Tim's brother) and Mike led the installation and did a great job. They arrived early morning and on time every day, and were very respectful of me working from home. You could tell they do quality work and vacuumed up well afterwards. They even managed to work their ladders around a new pergola we built so we didn't have to take some of it apart. The only minor thing is we had to clean the windows afterwards to remove fingerprints, dirt and sticker residue off the windows. Aside from that, we are very happy overall and the windows look great! From our initial meeting with Tim through the final day of installation, the entire team (Tim, Lisa, Chad, Bobby) were the utmost in professionalism and knowledge on installing the new siding. Our house had the original white siding, and we chose a beautiful gray for the replacement. Chad and Bobby were the installation team and they were great to work with, even adding little extras to make it just perfect. Tim went above and beyond to make sure our house was in the best condition it could be, and it shows in the finished work. All our neighbors have commented on the beautiful job. We are pleased beyond pleased with the job and highly recommend Tim and his company.
