  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I can't recommend Harold enough! From the first phone call to the moment they left my house, everything was professional, fast, and fairly priced. Explained everything clearly as well. Top notch all the way.

Beware!!! Harold and Joe are deceitful and negligent! I am currently having a horrible experience. 9 Months ago Harold sold me a "whole new system"(2.5 ton) for $6500 complete. He did not tell me it would not include parts as directed by Carrier for a proper installation.
In the winter, the heater did not work and he made excuses to charge me $1,100 (originally billed $1,800, yet quoted by Harold $700 prior to work) for putting another air return hole in my office wall because there was a air restriction and when complete it still did not work. Turns out he installed too small an air opening in the unit and had to permanently remove my UV germ killing light to expand it.
He did not connect the condensation line so the unit leaked until I noticed it buckled my 3/4" scraped hard wood floors on the floor below and now I have mold growing from my ceiling and walls(photo attached). He refuses to provide his insurance information and denies responsibility because he "does not change my air filters". He changed the 2nd to last 2 filters because he was still doing repairs to get my HVAC unit to work. Also ironic because he tried to get me to eliminate the use of an air filter completely to improve the air flow and reduce restrictions. He charged another $350 to connect the condensation line and replace the water pump(which was still working fine, if he connected it).
That $6500 system is now $8,000 (plus the cost of damage to my home)and still has issues. This is not even a year old. Oh yeah, he did not replace other necessary parts like the pad for leveling the outside condenser (included by all competitors). When his only worker Joe says, I need to wait for Harold. That means you are being billed for extra time.
These guys are con artists and I cannot recommend them. Stay away or it will cost you $$$! Paying another company more money will save you money very quickly down the road.

They converted our oil boiler to gas and gave a good price. They were professional and kept to the schedule. Over the last couple of years we have had issues with the boiler we chose. Harold has personally dealt with the company, making sure the warranty was adhered to and eventually pushed for a brand new boiler, which we received. They then offered to fit the new boiler for free, even though the fault was with the boiler itself, which they did. They stood by their work, were always out immediately when needed and have given a great service over the last couple of years.

We called T & H this past summer, when our A/C stopped working. The owner, Harold, showed up to check things out; he was personable and articulate. He assessed the options promptly and explained everything to us in detail. His bid was similar to the other bid we had received but the fact that his was a family business and that he clearly takes pride in his work...we decided to give him the job. Turned out to be a good decision. He and his crew showed up on time, in good moods, and installed a brand new condensing unit and furnace (on it's last legs) in about a day and a half. Harold answers emails and phone calls promptly and I just learned he checks his non-emergency messages over the weekends. We put a call into him late on a Saturday, when the shop was closed...with a small problem and expected we'd talk to him on Monday. He called us a few hours later and said he'd be here by 10:00 am the next morning. He showed at 9:45 and took care of the problem. Can't ask for more than that. Our experience has been great. We now have our service contract with T&H. Dependable and pleasant.

This was my best experience with a contractor in our new home. Harold the owner was very good at walking the system explaining to me what he was looking at so I learned the system as a new owner. He found the issue, not only fixed that, he fixed a couple other small items. The entire time explaining to me what he was doing so I could look after the system unless there was a major issue. I was not clear how much I would be charged above and beyond the fee to come out. He charged me for the one hour with no add on charges or fees. We plan on living here for a long time and T & H Mechanical have earned our business for certain. Highly recommend!
