  Disappointed in the level of service provided today. Went in for about 70-80 bags of concrete for a project and asked where we could find tools for the project and one the 3 guys behind the help desk said “uhhh might be over in that aisle” not one of them got up or moved to try an help us. After walking around for 10 minutes looking for what we might need we just left. This was poor customer service at Its finest.

  I can rely on Evan and his team to quote accurately, complete the task and follow-up to conclusion.  If I need something done in my home Sutherlands is the first place I contact.  They have installed new doors, updated flooring (going above and beyond to match existing flooring) and recently a fence installation.
