Two technicians took five hours to install just three lights and two ceiling fans and still didn’t finish the full scope of the job. I now have to hire another electrician to complete the work and fix both fans, as they rattle when in use. One technician even dismissed basic safety protocol, telling the other that “there’s always juice in it” and suggesting the breaker didn’t need to be shut off. I had also informed the office in advance that one fan would be mounted on a high ceiling, yet no preparation was made. Instead, an hour was wasted retrieving a tall ladder, further dragging out the job unnecessarily.
