They arrived on time, were organized, explained the work order and were very neat! They even cleaned up afterwards! Very rare, kind and professional! They were genuinely kind and eager to answer any questions we had. Very happy with our chandeliers they put up-they did beautiful work and will definitely be using Supreme Electric in the future and telling people about them! It was estimated to be a 2 day Job to swap out a old Funky Fuse Panel, bring all of the connections from the Pole to the House up to Code, and Ground my House here (which had never been Grounded, I was told the area around the house had been Infused or some such thing when it was built in 1950 instead of a proper grounding). With Quick and Coordinated hard work, the whole Job was done and over, with the Electricity back on in about 8 hours. The effort that these 3 fine Folks expended for me here will not be forgotten. Considerably… $1000 cheaper!!! The entire process from Charlie coming out to get the details for the work order, to the ladies in the office, Matt and Brandon being 15 minutes early on the appointment date. The whole team was pleasant and a joy to work with! Installation of three outdoor GFCI outlets w/ in-use covers was clean and neat and the Matt and Brandon were professional and gave a thorough explanation of the work when they were finished even though it was raining part of the morning. Will contact them for my future electrical jobs! Just a peeve: I understand about the current financial climate but they do charge a 3.25% CC fee. Bonus is they accept cash for those that don’t want to pay the CC fee. Don’t judge my photography skills.
