I never felt pressured at all. The day of installation Mateo and his team worked like a well oiled machine. Consistently measuring and making sure everything was level. It was fascinating to watch. Jason and Justin were both very friendly and took care to explain their warranty and show me the latches and how to work them before I signed off on the completed project. It looks amazing. I am so very happy with the whole process, the workmanship, and the quality of the wood and hardware. Definitely money well spent and my insecurity regarding my animals safety is much, much less now.
