The installation was completed in a timely manner, and the transition to getting propane into the building was extremely smooth and efficient. The entire crew on site had a great attitude, stayed well coordinated, and kept the work area clean throughout the process. Communication was solid from start to finish, and everything moved quickly without any issues. I called around to a few different local suppliers and Superior was eager to help. It was a team effort on their part! I called 3 times and spoke with 3 different representatives and they were all excellent! Thank you so much to Latoya, Amanda, and Adam. Not only were able to get a delivery driver to me same day but the driver Bryant was prompt and did such a great job despite how cold it was. Happy to be served by such a great team. During the switchover process we decided that we also wanted to convert our existing woodburning fireplace to gas. Initially working with Mike Howe through the decision process and during the entire project was a pleasure as he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He was able to answer all questions that came up during the switchover process. During the period where we were depleting the propane in the existing tanks our furnace quit working on a Friday night. A call to the office elicited a return call from Adam at which time we talked about options. Ultimately it was decided the best option would be to replace the furnace. Long story short. Our dealings with Superior were nothing but positive, from several phone calls speaking with Latoya and the entire installation process of the new furnace by Tom and Herb the entire project was completed on time as promised and heat was flowing before Thanksgiving. In fact in the end the fireplace conversion was completed over 2 weeks ahead of when originally scheduled.
