  Sunwave Plumbing is outstanding! When we experienced a sewer pipe backup the day before Christmas Eve, their office staff quickly scheduled an early appointment for us. They called ahead and even arrived sooner than expected. The team efficiently diagnosed the problem, located the source of the blockage, and cleared it out promptly. They worked cleanly, were impressively quick, and their pricing was very fair. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional.

  Sunwave recently rerouted our water line and installed a new water heater. This was the biggest repair we’ve had to make to our new condo, and their team made it stress free for us. First thing I noticed was their professionalism. They were timely, friendly and kept in constant contact when getting things scheduled. I also felt they were reasonably priced. The quote was on par with others and they pulled permits and handled inspections seamlessly. I felt like the work they did was high quality and neat- for such a big project they made minimal holes/structural changes, which indicated good planning. Their cleanliness and attention to detail also can’t be overstated. They had to remove drywall and left no dust anywhere which is not easy. They also had to dig in the mud for hours and left zero mud anywhere in the house or on the walkway. Parker led most of this project and he was so trustworthy and genuinely helpful. He checked in regularly, gave me an overview of all the work they did and things to look out for at the end of each day, and was always available for questions. He went above and beyond, even helping with a wall repair which we otherwise would have had to hire out to fix. When asked, he gave me advice on another home project and gave me referrals. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with contracting out a home project.  A truly talented, hard working and kind group that we’re lucky to have in Charlottesville!

  We arrived home from traveling to a broken water heater. The Sunwave team saved the day/week by coming the next day (they even arrived early!) to install a brand new water heater. They were helpful, courteous, professional, and significantly improved the entire plumbing setup around our water heater. Highly recommend, will call them immediately for our next plumbing needs - hopefully in many, many years.

  This was my first experience with Sunwave Plumbing after getting a recommendation in a Facebook Neighborhood group.  Wow.  Dylan was prompt, very courteous and professional, and resolved my leak issue so quickly that he decided to charge me less than the original quote.  It was a superb experience.  I would highly recommend Sunwave and will be planning to use them the next time I have a need!
