He communicated clearly and made sure to answer all my questions. After reviewing everything with me and confirming that I had no further questions, he completed the invoice. This is the second time he’s visited to diagnose and repair our geothermal system, and both times he’s been professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explain what he was seeing in plain language, and made sure not to recommend any costly repairs unless he was confident they were truly needed. His customer service and expertise really stood out, and I appreciated his honesty and thoughtful approach. Highly recommend Otha and his work. - 2/5 — Anonymous Suntech claims to be a small company but they have the same prices as the giant companies. Adelmo was very polite and informative. The negative review is for company not technician! Prices are too high! Adelmo got the heat back on, on a very cold day which I was so appreciative of! However, we paid a small fortune to replace a fuse that was probably less than $5. I would have been fine with that for the quick service, however it just kept stacking up! When reading the invoice the diagnostic of the part they changed is in the description but then I was also charged a diagnostic fee. Adelmo explained that there was an another part that was failing causing our problem and quoted us a price to repair it the next day. Adelmo quoted a price that was at least 8x the cost of the part. I called a different company that went and evaluated the unit, they replaced the part Adelmo recommended but for a fraction of the price! The second tech was shocked that they even charged me for a fuse. I probably paid 50x their cost of a fuse plus their service/diagnostic fee.
