  Stivan plumbing came in to fix my sinking bathroom floor and very water damaged ceiling due to a terrible leak.  It took some time but I have to say it was worth the wait.  the work they did is incredible, I am so happy with the way it turned out.  They replaced the floor with a beautiful large marble like tile and the ceiling was patched and smoothed over like new.  Thank you VERY Much to Stivan and the hard workers that got it done.  I appreciate you all.

  Stivan Plumbing & Heating has been great for many of my home's plumbing & heating jobs over the years. Recently they helped me with the replacement of a water heater which was slowly leaking. They arrived within the time window. Their team of workers are courteous & professional. The prices have been reasonable as well. Thank you Stivan for being reliable & easy to reach for our plumbing & heating needs.

  Here's why I'm giving Stivan a five star review. My first interaction was with a receptionist, who answered the phone right away and did a great job of managing communications and scheduling service. My problem was a leak in a cold water pipe buried under the house. They found the location of the leak, found a better path for the pipe through the house, and used high quality copper for the new plumbing. They billed me the same amount as the original estimate, which was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

  PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!
They replaced valves on our heating system for $685 and the heat worked for 1 day and then stopped working. The "owner" came today to fix it and demanded another $895 for his "time". Mind you, he couldn't even fix the issue. They take advantage of desperate people during times like this when the weather is below freezing. Its disgusting to be honest. Please avoid at all costs. Get someone else who has more knowledge. Then he started being disrespectful because his tech didnt tell him that we PAID IN FULL the day before, so he started to threaten to remove the valves. PLEASE JUST AVOID. DURING THIS COLD TIME HE SCAMMED US. ALSO - how is it fair that 1 guy comes to fix it, and says everything is good, then another guy comes and wants a random $800+ ? You guys need to provide people with estimate FIRST. He is a heartless person, he stopped the heat and left just because we didnt have the money to pay him. POOR SERVICE #1, THEN WHEN YOU COME TO FIX THE PROBLEM AFTER YOUR TECH FAILED TO DO A PROPER JOB, YOU DEMAND MORE $$$$$ AND IF WE DONT HAVE IT, YOU WANT TO STOP HEAT AND LEAVE.

  Terrible service clear elder abuse My 93 year father toilet needed changing . They charged us 1500.00! First they said 1000 then they said 1200 then 1500 then 1700. They saw my poor father that could not even walk more than a few steps at a time and overcharged us . Shame on you Stivan. Guess what now …toilet doesn’t work again . You put in the toilet in 2022 and it only lasted 3 years . When I spoke to you , you said you don’t cheat people or over charge . Really? A toilet that cost 1500 and only lasted three years ! Used by one old man only !
