He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He checked my hot water heater and toilet, then around my condo for potential problem sites. He identified a leak in the making in my primary bathroom. Once everything was checked and assessed, he presented the estimate and explained in detail all the charges. I gave the go ahead and Zeke set up and changed out my old hot water heater and toilet. I had him clean the sink line. His work was neat and tidy. There was no debris left behind. I asked questions along the way and he took the time to explain his answers. I’m super happy and impressed with the speed and competency of his work. Reattatched our tub spout and fixed it so it works properly. Did a thorough inspection of other plumbing around the house to make sure all was in good working order. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, even things that didn't have to do with plumbing as I had lots of questions. Very reasonable price. Will definitely call them in the future if I need any repairs. - 5/5 — Anonymous I extremely recommend Charlie Tait to be your plumber. If I could give him 6 out of 5 stars I would. Much like how he looks, his work was amazing. He is a professional and has sufficient knowledge in his field of work. If you are worried about the money, don’t be. Charlie looks at his work in the perspective of the customer and gives reasonable honest prices and the work that he did was absolutely worth the money. When doing the plumbing work at my house he worked late and finished the job in just two days. It was extremely impressive as the job that needed to be done required pulling up concrete tiles in my backyard. He not only fixed the necessary parts but also the unnecessary even when not requested. If I have another plumbing job in the future, I will call Charlie Tait. Not only Charlie, but Steve’s Plumbing is an amazing company that has various payment plans. You should absolutely look at their plans and I guarantee there will be one for you! Brandon assessed the problem, and provided a detailed explanation and rationale for the repair which he tested several times before informing us it had been completed. Zeke did the assessment of all of the rest of our plumbing, and left a chart with his findings. We were not pressured to do more repairs.
