They did the proper work before they broke ground which provided some confidence in this big project. I chose this company because of the care they said they would take to come back and level and replace the grass after dirt settled. It is too soon to see if that grass responds to our TLC, but the crew that returned to do that work also helped grade the ground away from the house. They checked in with me throughout the process. They had no problem with responding to my direction at any time. The mess left was on my carpet leading to my upstairs kitchen as well as on the wall. I was charged what I thought to be fair for the services yet I found out that the competitors charge half and the fee to camera the line is included in the jetting. To ad insult to injury, Steve Ray Plumbing never fixed my problem and offered a $7500.00 solution that clearly was not necessary considering Roto-Rooter came out and solved my problem for less money than my initial jetting/camera fee from Steve Ray Plumbing.
