We had a problem with getting hot water in a timely way in our large 16-unit condo building. Statewide came out and a technician gave confidence that he knew what he was doing & recommended a recirculation pump with valve tee fittings in the units furthest from the heater. He gave a quote, which Statewide stuck to. They installed the pump and now the time to hot water in our building is dramatically improved. Moreover, Statewide was very responsive when we reported a minor problem with one of the valve tee fittings. They addressed it quickly & to our satisfaction. We first called them for an emergency plumbing issue on a weekend and they came right out and took care of it. We then had been experiencing issues with our furnace that another company installed incorrectly and Statewide came out to give their recommendation and fixed us up with everything we needed. Carlos was so unbelievably helpful (and still is) with any questions we had. The techs that came out for our new install were great! No one could properly diagnose the hammering issue in the house. I was lucky enough to get Marc out to take a look. He narrowed it down to two issues and provided two options to move forward. We opted for full boilermate replacement after chasing the problem through other companies for 6 months. Install was beautiful, Marc kept us up to date the entire time and ultimate we made the right decision. He showed me the failed tank after removing.
