  We had several windows manufactured and installed by Saint Albans Windows, and the experience was truly excellent from start to finish. From our very first conversation, it was clear that this is a company that genuinely cares about its customers. The owner was great to work with, communication was clear and honest throughout the process, and the pricing was honestly amazing for the quality of work we received.
The installation team was professional, friendly, and clearly skilled — they took their time, treated our home with care, and did a fantastic job. The windows were installed quite a while ago now, and I can honestly say we haven’t had a single issue with them. Everything still looks and functions perfectly, which really speaks to the quality of both the windows and the installation.
Every interaction, from planning to final install, was positive and reassuring. We’re extremely happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Saint Albans Windows to anyone looking for high-quality windows and a great overall experience.

  I recently used Saint Albans windows to replace 19 windows in my 28 year-old house. Five of those were hail damaged and the remainder just needed replaced due to age. My experience with Saint Albans windows from day one has been outstanding. From the moment one of their staff came to my house to measure the windows and give me an estimate, to the actual installation and timeframe. everyone was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable, and did their job, including the crew who actually installed the windows. The windows are absolutely beautiful and much higher quality than the ones that were put in my house when it was built. The one thing I noticed immediately and I'm very impressed by is how quiet my house is. Before I could hear literally everything that was going on outside, including my neighbor talking in her driveway. Now, my house is wonderfully quiet. The estimate was exactly what I paid, no surprises. I would highly recommend Saint Albans windows for any windows replacement. I fully intend to contact them in the near future to replace additional window windows in my basement in my basement door. Very happy with my experience and happy to support a local business!!

  Had St. Albans Windows replace all of the windows in our house and had excellent experience from start to finish. Their sales and installation crew are top notch. The quality of their product is excellent. I highly recommend them!

  St Albans Window replaced all of my windows in early December. Valerie came to the house, gathered information, measured all the windows, then scheduled a representative to measure the windows again - verifying all information was correct.  Valerie explains Ned my responsibilities to be ready for the workers to be able to efficiently complete the transformation. The crew arrived and replaced all upstairs windows one day and the main floor windows the next. They were very professional and each man had a specific job - and they helped each other to complete all jobs well.  I am very pleased with their work from beginning to finish. My home is surprisingly warmer - even in my rooms with doors closed. And I love looking out my new windows!

  Great local family owned company. Had two windows installed by Matthew and he did a great job. Very clean and fast. What’s great is they manufacturer their windows in house, so the lead time on windows is very quick compared to many other companies. Very competitive pricing too.
