My water heater broke on Sunday, I called on Monday, and they came out on Tuesday. Even installing a brand-new water heater took only an hour and a half. They worked very neatly, and after the job was finished, they left my garage clean and organized. The person who answered the phone was also incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you so much. If we ever have any plumbing issues in our home again, we’ll definitely call this company, and I’ll recommend them to others as well. They were my first call, when my water heater started showing signs of its age. At first, I was just looking for a little advice, so I could do the work myself - thinking that I could easily replace the defective component (I had already purchased a temperature/pressure relief valve). When their technician arrived and examined my system, I learned that there was a problem with the temperature controller (and possibly also the expansion tank) that was more serious than I had realized. He didn't try to talk me into a new system - that conclusion was mine. He simply gave me the information I needed to make the right call, without putting any pressure on me. His evaluation and reasoning were sound, and I felt confident in my decision. This is who they are, at Springer. I arranged for the company to replace my water heater, and the work was done within a few days. Peace of mind - it's worth a lot. - 5/5 — Anonymous I received a letter from the City of Tumwater letting me know an excessive amount of water had been used at my house of rthe previous month and they suggested I contact someone for a possible leak. I immediately called Springer Plumbing and they came out the same day! They did a thorough inspection inside and outside my house while also checking my meter and the turn off valves. Their conclusion was I had an underground leak in my pipes (or irrigation system) and recommended a comany that spcializes in finding undetectable leaks (that company had 60 5-star reviews and also came the same day I called them). Springer Plumbing did an excellent job and I trust them with any referrals they may have!
