Once a week, it's programmed to automatically "Exercise" for 20 minutes so that the system is ready to step in at any moment. Sprague quoted the project, prepared a timeline and handles all the utility transfers, panel re-wiring and outdoor landscape coordination. In short, it was a turn key installation and they were complete pros. I'd highly recommend them if you're ready to ditch the portable generator, wires and tanks of gas for a clean, safe and 100% effective new Kohler stand by generator.
