Ed showed up for the inital estimate and communicated promptly. No issues there. Jordan and his Crew for install were on time, did a great job, and the communication was great. Took a day and a half from start to finish and no issues to report through the process. Fair pricing and good install. Thank you. - 5/5 — Anonymous Ed on the sales side and Jordan on the project mgmt side took good care of us and executed a very solid product. We had them replace a long run of approx 110' of 6' privacy fence. The communication was consistent and robust, they showed up on time, worked very hard. After completion, they communicated and followed up in person to ensure we were satisfied with the final product, including addressing a concern in person regarding 1 single board that ended up checking out ok. There were minor inconveniences such as some work supplies and debris that was left behind by the crew, but that was negligible for such a huge project. Jordan also handled everything with regards to a municipal permitting process that took 30+ days, keeping in touch all the while and ensuring that all was squared away with that.
