His staff informed me about the incident immediately and took care of everything. Car was quickly repaired entirely to my satisfaction and Dan threw in a free oil for good measure. If you’re looking for an host mechanic, a business that prides themselves in great customer service, look no further 👍🏻 - 1/5 — Anonymous I had an extremely upsetting experience at Speedy Auto Service. My car was stuck in the middle of the road and I went there looking for help. The woman at the front desk refused to assist me in any way and showed zero concern for my safety or the seriousness of the situation. Three separate times they claimed they knew what the issue was, attempted to repair it and it ended up being something completely different. Three times they did this!!! You are seriously better off doing the repair at home even if you have no knowledge on car repairs … I think you would have more success than bringing your car to this joke of a mechanic shop. update- took my car somewhere else just to confirm these people are a joke especially the girl that works there. She is the one that attempted to fix my car but clearly has no idea what she is doing.
