They worked for 2 hours to hydro-jet tree roots from our sewer line. The rate was $505.00 an hour, that is reasonable for the job they did. They are both great assets to Southside Plumbing. I would definitely use them again if the need arises and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thanks again guys! - 1/5 — Anonymous I am a disabled man, that is no longer able to do basic plumbing needs. I had Southside plumbing out as a referral from my Brother who had them out. After they were out and I had my experience. My brother said the plumber he had told him to shut the water off with a wrench, but never fixed the problem. Since he was here to repair a bath faucet, he said it would cost $1000 going through walls etc. He was in my house a few minutes. He charged $200 for nothing, a minor adjustment on the toilet. But would not fix why he was called. Also said they charge 10% more if you pay with a card so only wanted CASH! He could have repaired the shut off handle without going through walls, as it was! They lie! I do not recommend would never allow them in my house or on my property again. Customer Service there is non existent. Only nice when you set up service.
